Kim has worked in real estate since 1988. Today, she is an Associate Broker and Partner with The Norton Agency, where she works alongside husband, David Stovall, who specializes in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, and sister, Kayla Shoemake, a top producer in her own right.  Their mother, Joyce Waters, also licensed, has worked with alongside them since 2002. As a native of Gainesville, Kim and David live at Lake Lanier with Maxx, a Havanese, Mae, a yellow lab, and Minni, a calico cat.
